We service Canada, United states and Mexico.
Shipping rates are calculated based on miles, dimensions, and weight of load.
Dispatch is available Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm cst. After hours are available for emergencies only.
Depending on the type of equipment required, same day or urgent shipments are possible.
Accessorial charges are normally extra services beyond the agreed contract, for example extra labor, detention pay, layover, or any extra type of help needed to load the product.
We accommodate TL, LTL , Partials, over dimensional, Drive aways, and power only’s. We provide all types of services needed to move or load the product.
Unified uses partner warehouses, rate and conditions are provided or included upon agreement.
Short term warehousing is available through our partners.
We can ensure that your goods will be safe and secure in any of our warehouses.
Monitoring goods in warehouse is between our partners and customers.
Payments are due upon delivery or may request credit, which will be determined based on their credit history.
We can provide packing or wrapping services through lumpers or discuss at the time being.
You can track your shipments by calling dispatch every morning and afternoon! Unified is working with a 24hr tracking app that will be available soon to our customers!
When unified gets contracted for freight transfer, we find the appropriate equipment required for the goods and find the means to load the product or transfer.
Most goods should be weighed or should have an estimated weight and once loaded, the truck will be sent to scale and the total weight will be calculated.
Once the truck is loaded depending on the miles, it should take between 2 to 4 days for delivery.
After scheduling your pick up you don’t have to do anything at all, we take it from there. You can keep in constant communication everyday morning and afternoon
If shipment exceeds a full truck load, we can schedule another partial load or depending on the dimensions, we can schedule another truck load.
No need to be there when shipment is being picked up, we can have constant communication between drivers, loaders, customers as well as us at Unified.
Claims are handled through our carriers Insurance policies and our very own Insurance company.
As demand grows and fuel fluctuates quotes are valid for at least 30 days.
Yes, Unified does transport Dangerous goods with our most responsible carriers.
Sizes and weights don’t matter. if the weight is over any trailer’s capacity, it can be broken down into various trailers or we can use a multi axle truck and trailer to handle the weight.
Take pictures, call us immediately so we can see what caused the damage and proceed with insurance claims.
